You must provide a clear, unedited video showing the product's unboxing. This video should display the package being opened and the issue with the product (wrong or damaged item).
Time Frame:
The refund request and the required video evidence must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not accept refund requests for reasons other than receiving a wrong or damaged product.
